The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bird throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Sinker drops Bird with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Bird looks back up at him and smiles so Sinker waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Bird is rocked!

It looks like Kiwi Bird has been cut.

Sinker closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Oh Bird is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bird has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Sinker lands with a short punch from the clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The fighters are playing wrist control here with Bird pressed against the cage. Sinker frees himself up cracks Sinker with an uppercut straight from the bowels of hell! Bird crumples to the floor, out cold! Sinker jumps onto the cage and takes in the roar of the crowd! That was nasty!
