Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Bravado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tiago Mendez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mendez is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Trap Door. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mendez will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Bravado gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Mendez must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Bravado is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Mendez can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Mendez changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bravado looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
