The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grimm scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

It looks like Monk Eastman has been cut.
Grimm connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Grimm with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Eastman misses with a right hand
and Grimm counters with a straight right hand.

Grimm throws a left that rocks Eastman and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Grimm dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Eastman regain composure!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Grimm connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Eastman some visible discomfort.
Eastman is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Grimm remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Grimm cracks Eastman with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Grimm immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Eastman is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Grimm!
