Perez shoots in for a takedown but Sanchez shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Sanchez fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Perez to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Perez looks to clinch but Sanchez throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Perez taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
