Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Hugh Johnson and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maldonado shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts White as he jumps to the side.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Maldonado shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. White defends it nicely.
Maldonado feints and as White raises his hands in defense, Maldonado changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Maldonado drops back looking for a leg! White is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and White manages to kick Maldonado off! Maldonado jumps back into White's guard.
Maldonado thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Maldonado is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if White can do anything to dispel that myth.

Maldonado drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Maldonado as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! White screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Maldonado! Nice submission victory there!
