and Corbett counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Country misses with a shot to the body
and Corbett counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Corbett throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Corbett will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Country connects with a body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Country throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Corbett throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Country sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Corbett throws a nice looking combination but Country bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Country misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Corbett.

Corbett stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Corbett wants it to stay on the feet.

Corbett swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Country throws an off balance right hand

and Corbett counters with a crisp one two that drops Country! Corbett thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Country to his feet! Country is in big trouble!

Country takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

and Corbett connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Country throws a lazy right hand but Corbett sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Country with a poor takedown
and Country takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Country throws a right hand that misses
and Corbett counters with a good low kick that Country was not able to check.
Corbett throws a big shot that misses.
Country misses with a body punch

and Corbett counters with a nice right hand that sends Country toppling to the canvas! Country scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Corbett finish him?!


Country is rocked!
Country moves out of range as Corbett strikes.
Oh Country is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Corbett throws out a loose jab but Country uses good head movement to avoid it.
Country seems to have got his legs back now.
Country tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Corbett was well out of range. Poor timing from Country.

Corbett throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Country.
Country takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Country fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Country misses with a jab to the body
and Corbett connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Corbett misses with a combination
and Country counters with a nice body shot.
Corbett is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Country.
Country swings for the body but Corbett moves out of range.
Country throws a right hand that misses
and Corbett counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Country ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Corbett moves away.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Country steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Corbett.
Country walks into a jab.
Corbett tries a head kick but it misses.
Country fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Corbett manages to avoid it.

Country looking to score a takedown here. Corbett is defending well but Country drives through and ends up in Corbett's guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Corbett has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Country can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Country passes Corbett's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Country seems to be looking for submissions.
Country with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Country loads up on a big right hand but Corbett slips the punch.
Country is looking to wear down Corbett with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

and Country takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and Corbett counters with a straight right hand.
Country misses with a hook to the body
and Corbett connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Corbett cracks Country with an open hand slap.
Corbett misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Country.
Country looks to land a right hand but Corbett moved out of range.
Corbett looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Nathan Corbett seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Corbett uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Country.
Country bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Corbett's head backwards.
Country throws an off balance right hand
and Corbett counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Country thinking.

Corbett lands a left and a right that send Country crashing to the mat, dazed. Corbett thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Roy Country seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Country misses with an uppercut
and Corbett counters with a left right combination that sends Country crashing to the mat - Corbett wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Country out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
