The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blue wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Mr Blue seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Burgendy rushes Blue and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Blue missing with knees to the body.
Burgendy looking for a takedown.
Blue throws an elbow but it misses.
Blue lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Burgendy backwards.
Blue tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
A short body shot lands from Blue as the two fighters clinch.
A right hand to the body from Blue.
Burgendy avoiding damage as Blue throws knees to the body.
Blue lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

It looks like Mr Burgendy has been cut.

Blue tries to land knees in the clinch but Burgendy avoids the damage to the body.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Blue just misses with a elbow thrown towards Burgendy's brow.
Blue throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Burgendy tries to break the clinch but Blue is controlling the position.

Blue is pressed up against the cage. Burgendy has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Blue down to the mat. Blue avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Blue tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Burgendy paws at him with a jab and circles away.

A nice left hand lands by Blue.
Burgendy drops down looking for an ankle pick but Blue pulls his leg out and moves away.

Blue feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Burgendy sprawling to the canvas! Burgendy rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Blue finish him?!

Burgendy is rocked!
Mr Blue is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

The cut above Mr Burgendy's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Mr Burgendy's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mr Burgendy's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
