Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jet Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Donelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jet Li is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li swinging wildly here.
Donelly lands a jab.

Donelly fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Li.

Donelly lands with a kick to the temple. Li shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Good standup being displayed there by Donelly as he connects with a hook.

Li misses with a two punch combination.
Donelly paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

and Donelly counters with a stiff right hand.
Both fighters circling a little - Donelly finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Li is breathing heavily.
Donelly scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

A nice leg kick lands there from Donelly.
Jet Li seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Donelly stuns Li with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Li tries to move into range but Donelly moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Li takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Donelly lands with a straight right. Li didn't see that one coming.

Li tries a head kick but it misses.
Donelly connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Donelly dips to his left and cracks Li with an uppercut!
Donelly moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

and Donelly counters with a nice kick to the body.
Donelly is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Li had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Donelly thumps Li with a low kick.

Li on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Li has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Donelly finds it's way round the side to connect with Li's head.

and Donelly counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Donelly lands a nice shot that snaps Li's head back.
Li lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Donelly circles away quickly and effectively.
A jab from Donelly does it's job there.
Oh Li is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Donelly tests Li's chin there with a solid looking shot.

and Donelly scores with a counter punch that sends Li to the canvas! Donelly smells blood - he's punishing Li with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Li has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
