The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gracie gets caught napping as Loyack dives in and scores a takedown. Gracie manages to retain guard.

Gracie escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Loyack gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Gerard Loyack hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Gracie shoots in looking for a takedown. Loyack tries to sprawl out of it but Gracie keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Loyack manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Gracie jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Loyack walks away with a smile on his face. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Loyack closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Gracie's guard.
Loyack really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Loyack got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gracie has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Loyack has managed to get both his arms back between Gracie's legs - danger averted.

Gracie had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Loyack defends it easily.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Gracie shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Loyack sprawls well. Loyack wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet.
Loyack lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Thiago Gracie has been cut.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Loyack .
Loyack 's jab looks to have found its range, popping Gracie under the eye.
Loyack throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gracie's waist but Gracie gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Loyack off to one side.

Loyack shoots in and bounces Gracie off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Loyack is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Gracie has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Loyack is looking to defend but Gracie has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Loyack ! Gracie pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Loyack taps out and this one is all over!
