Tyr ducks right into an uppercut from Rhodes.
Rhodes drives through and clinches with Tyr against the cage.
Rhodes digs a right hand into Tyr's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Tyr's gas tank.
Tyr jumps guard but Rhodes stands there with Tyr around his waist. Tyr gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Tyr tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Tyr pulls guard effortlessly.
Rhodes sitting in guard here, content to control.
Tyr wants to sweep here but Rhodes controlling him for the moment.
Tyr manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Rhodes manages to get himself to full guard.
Tyr pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Rhodes is keeping the position for now.
Tyr is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Tyr is pushing down on Rhodes's leg trying to pass to half guard. Rhodes is fighting to maintain full guard but Tyr has managed to sneak the leg through.

Rhodes is trying to escape the mount.
Tyr throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Rhodes has his hands clasped together but Tyr breaks the hold and Rhodes is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Tyr!
