Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Julius Mack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Semmy Oveerem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mack kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is UNTAMED. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mack darts in trying to clinch
and Oveerem counters with a left to the body.
Oveerem closes the distance looking to clinch

and Mack counters with a nice double leg into side control. Oveerem won't be happy with that.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Oveerem is not content to let Mack control the position.
Mack advances to mount.

Oveerem in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Oveerem is desperately trying to improve his position but Mack has a good base and remains in mount.
Mack has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Oveerem looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!
Oveerem really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mack. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Mack keeps control of the position as Oveerem tries to break free.
Will Mack go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Oveerem just trying to survive but Mack is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.

Mack cracks Oveerem with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Oveerem from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.
Mack is looking to control Oveerem but Oveerem is wriggling around and keeping busy.
