Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrei Kalashnikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 12 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, John Jones!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Valeri Chadov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kalashnikov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jones's waist but Jones gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kalashnikov off to one side.
Jones closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kalashnikov did well to prevent Jones getting side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kalashnikov gets back to full guard.
Kalashnikov manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Kalashnikov goes for an armbar but Jones turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Jones.
Jones trying to control but Kalashnikov is working from the bottom.
Kalashnikov has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Jones should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Kalashnikov has tightened it up now! Jones should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
