Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shom Harnick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Viper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

Harnick pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Harnick has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Viper finds it's way round the side to connect with Harnick's head.

Viper connects with a good right hand that stumbles Harnick. Harnick circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Nice takedown defense from Viper. No joy for Harnick on that attempt.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Harnick lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Viper has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Viper and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That's time! Harnick's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Viper has his foot on Harnick's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Harnick works his way back into a safe position though.
Viper bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Harnick's guard.

Shom Harnick has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Harnick is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Viper is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Anton Viper comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Viper has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
