Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Erik Lehnsherr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sparry McSparSpar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lehnsherr comes to the cage accompanied by PURE EVIL!. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Sparry McSparSpar was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McSparSpar misses the shot to the body.
McSparSpar with a poor takedown
and Lehnsherr counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
No luck with that takedown attempt from McSparSpar.
Lehnsherr throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Lehnsherr connects with a right hand. McSparSpar shakes it off.

It looks like Sparry McSparSpar has been cut.
McSparSpar misses with a jab to the body
and Lehnsherr counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lehnsherr misses with a looping left.

Lehnsherr closes the distance and clinches.
Lehnsherr is working McSparSpar over against the cage.
McSparSpar looks gassed!
Nice body punch from Lehnsherr - that landed with a thud.

Lehnsherr manages to break the clinch.

Lehnsherr takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Lehnsherr uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before McSparSpar has time to react.

Lehnsherr has McSparSpar up against the cage in a clinch.
Lehnsherr misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from McSparSpar.
McSparSpar tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Lehnsherr smiles and moves away.
Erik Lehnsherr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sparry McSparSpar.

McSparSpar shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Sparry McSparSpar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Lehnsherr escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McSparSpar has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Lehnsherr finds it's way round the side to connect with McSparSpar's head.

Lehnsherr cracks McSparSpar with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Lehnsherr has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning McSparSpar to stand back up!

and Lehnsherr counters with a huge right that knocks McSparSpar out cold! Lehnsherr is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
