Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Razor Shines (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raul Ewing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ewing has chosen B.o.B. - Created A Monster as his entrance music. Raul Ewing acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Razor Shines!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Raul Ewing!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Columbo Gatti and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ewing looks to score with a jab to the body but Shines is just out of range.
Shines has his takedown stuffed
and Ewing counters with a takedown into side control.
Ewing is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Shines will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Ewing connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Shines some visible discomfort.
The referee asks Ewing politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Ewing prefers to stall for the moment though.
Shines struggling a bit here.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Shines is looking to reverse the position.
Ewing scoring with punches and elbows.
Ewing scores with a couple of short elbows.
Shines tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Ewing wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Shines trying to remain calm as Ewing controls from the top position.
Let's hope that Ewing has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Ewing lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Shines is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
The referee asks Ewing politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Ewing prefers to stall for the moment though.
Ewing's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Ewing throws a series of strikes that have Shines backpedaling.
It looks like Razor Shines has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Shines crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Ewing - the referee stops the clock and Shines gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Ewing. Shines manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Shines is breathing heavily.
Ewing moves into range and clinches up with Shines.
Ewing pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ewing pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Shines back to the cage. Ewing follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Ewing clinches up with Shines and pushes him back against the cage.
Ewing slows down the pace here.
Ewing gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Ewing landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Shines throws an elbow but it misses.

Ewing escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Razor Shines seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ewing lands a head kick!

Shines is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Ewing Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Shines is out cold, face down on the mat!
