Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Fred Delacruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jean Moutarde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Fred Delacruz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jean Moutarde!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Shimada and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moutarde throws a right and a left that Delacruz avoids nicely.
Moutarde tries to close the distance and clinch up but Delacruz swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Delacruz shoots in for a double leg but Moutarde sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Delacruz shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Moutarde defends it nicely.
Moutarde tries to score a power double leg takedown but Delacruz sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Moutarde somewhat.

Moutarde shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Delacruz eats them both and turns towards Moutarde to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Moutarde shoots for a double leg takedown but Delacruz sprawls well. He's pushed Moutarde's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Delacruz has control of Moutarde's left arm, preventing Moutarde from doing any damage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Delacruz has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Jean Moutarde seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Delacruz lands a nice looking kick to the body. Moutarde takes a step back to recover.
Delacruz dives in and grabs Moutarde's left leg, looking for a takedown. Moutarde pushes down on Delacruz's head and hops out.

Delacruz has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Moutarde uses from the top position.
Delacruz is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Delacruz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Delacruz looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Moutarde is fending him off so far but Delacruz persists. Nope, Moutarde circles away and we're back to standing.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

A close round but Jean Moutarde will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Delacruz looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Moutarde!

Delacruz gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Fred Delacruz is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Delacruz shoots in looking for a takedown. Moutarde tries to sprawl out of it but Delacruz keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Moutarde manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Moutarde ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Delacruz moves away.

Moutarde slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Delacruz wants to stand but Moutarde is controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Delacruz not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Moutarde postures up in Delacruz's guard and throws a big left but Delacruz blocks it.
Moutarde must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Moutarde feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Moutarde sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Delacruz's guard.

Well, if Moutarde is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Jean Moutarde hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

The fight stays on the outside here - Moutarde looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Let's hope that Moutarde has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Delacruz is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Moutarde stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Delacruz swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Delacruz is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Moutarde defends well.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Delacruz can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Moutarde is looking to escape.
Delacruz blocks Moutarde's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.

Delacruz is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Moutarde is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Moutarde tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Delacruz looking to control but Moutarde is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Jean Moutarde is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Moutarde tries to lock up and control but Delacruz gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Fred Delacruz has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Delacruz goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Moutarde turns into him and now he's in Delacruz's guard.

Fred Delacruz showed his dominance in that final round.
