Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sean Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Huge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matt Huge will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Thompson feints and as Huge raises his hands in defense, Thompson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Thompson throws and elbow that misses. Huge uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Thompson's guard. Nice move by Huge!
Huge postures up in Thompson's guard and throws a big left but Thompson blocks it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sean Thompson.
