Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Remy Hoost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Marsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hoost comes to the cage accompanied by Man With A Harmonica. Remy Hoost has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Remy Hoost!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Randy Marsh!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoost misses with a low kick.
Hoost tries to score with a low kick but Marsh moves his leg out of the way.
Hoost moves away from the strike by Marsh.
Marsh throws a body punch but Hoost moves out of range.
A head kick misses from Hoost.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Marsh is defended easily by Hoost.
Marsh fails with a takedown attempt.
Hoost scores with a kick to the body.

Marsh shoots for a double leg takedown but Hoost sprawls well. He's pushed Marsh's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Remy Hoost has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Randy Marsh.
Marsh misses the shot to the body.
Marsh lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Marsh fails with the takedown.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Marsh.
Marsh throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Marsh takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Hoost scores with a spinning back kick!
Marsh changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hoost tries to avoid it but Marsh manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hoost to the ground. Hoost escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Marsh connects with a nice looking jab.
Hoost misses with a head kick.
Hoost cracks the inside of Marsh's front leg.
Hoost misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Hoost, right into the meat.
Hoost turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hoost fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Marsh has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Hoost throws a hook to the side of Marsh's head but Marsh sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hoost stuffs the takedown attempt from Marsh. Marsh gets slowly back to his feet.
Hoost tries to work over Marsh's front leg with a kick but Marsh checks it.

Hoost throws a leg kick that misses.
Marsh shoots for a takedown but Hoost saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Marsh closes the distance and clinches up with Hoost, looking for a takedown. Marsh pushes Hoost against the cage but Hoost circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nice defenses there by Hoost.
Hoost tries to land a front kick but Marsh steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Marsh takes a head kick and shrugs it off.


It looks like Randy Marsh has been cut.
Hoost waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Marsh.
Nice shot lands for Hoost.
Hoost lands with a nice body punch.

Hoost throws a right hand that Marsh ducks under and follows up with a left that Marsh also avoids with ease.
Hoost uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Marsh.
Hoost scores with a leg kick.
Hoost connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Hoost throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hoost throws a sloppy head kick and Marsh moves out of range easily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
That kick from Hoost tenderised Marsh's leg. Marsh is trying to keep his angry face on.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Hoost stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hoost wants it to stay on the feet.

Marsh is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Marsh sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Marsh drives through with a takedown into guard.
Hoost is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Marsh is controlling him.
Marsh controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Marsh blocks the body kick.
Marsh throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hoost sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Hoost lands with a nice body punch.

Marsh walks forward, straight into a front kick from Hoost.
Marsh staying out of range there.
Hoost buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Remy Hoost is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hoost throws a sloppy head kick and Marsh moves out of range easily.
Marsh slips under a jab from Hoost.

Hoost looking to hit a scissor sweep but Marsh is one step ahead there.

Marsh trying to control the position from guard on top but Hoost is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Remy Hoost has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Hoost throws a hook to the side of Marsh's head but Marsh sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
No joy there for Hoost, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Hoost is looking to slow Marsh down with leg kicks.
Hoost tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Marsh is able to avoid easily.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Marsh.
Hoost lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Marsh avoids a kick to the body.
Marsh walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Hoost will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Hoost ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Marsh moves away.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hoost lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Marsh has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Marsh and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Marsh shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hoost as he avoids it easily.
Nice shot lands for Marsh.
Nice takedown defense from Hoost. No joy for Marsh on that attempt.
Remy Hoost has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Randy Marsh.

Marsh drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Marsh stops Hoost from standing up.
Marsh controls from within his opponent's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Marsh changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hoost looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Marsh wants to control but Hoost is keeping him busy.
Marsh might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Hoost kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hoost is looking to get back to his feet here but Marsh is keeping cool and he's managed to take Hoost's back.

Marsh working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.
Hoost knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Marsh on the ground.

Marsh has got one arm under Hoost's chin. This could be trouble... Hoost trying to control the other hand but Marsh gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Hoost has tapped out! The fight is over!
