Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Derakor Vindicator (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BJ Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Vindicator might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Kael Drakkel Ambience. BJ Penn has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Derakor Vindicator!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, BJ Penn!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Emerson Jorge and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn lands with a kick to the temple. Vindicator shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Penn throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Vindicator's waist but Vindicator gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Penn off to one side.
Vindicator misses with a head kick.
Penn shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Vindicator pinned against the cage. Vindicator gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Vindicator shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Vindicator showed some decent athleticism there.
Vindicator is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Penn slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Penn not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Vindicator could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Penn has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Vindicator can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Vindicator wants to control from the top but Penn keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Penn working for a triangle but Vindicator defends it easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vindicator forces his way into half guard.
Penn is trying to get back to full guard.
Penn makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Penn.
Penn looking for a guillotine here but Vindicator defends easily.
Penn looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Vindicator is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Penn has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Vindicator is looking to defend but Penn has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Vindicator! Penn pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Vindicator taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). BJ Penn!
