The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Framrock fails with a takedown attempt.
Washington closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Framrock to the mat! Framrock manages to get full guard.
Washington drops back looking for a leg! Framrock is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Framrock manages to kick Washington off! Washington jumps back into Framrock's guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Washington works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Washington trying to mount his opponent but Framrock defends it.

Framrock looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Framrock escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Washington gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Washington should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Framrock looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Washington is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Framrock had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Washington is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Framrock Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Washington's back instead.
Washington breaks Framrock's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Washington is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Framrock is just riding it out for now. Washington eventually gives up the hold.
Washington moves nicely into side control.
Washington has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Framrock!
Washington jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Framrock is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Framrock and Washington has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Framrock is trying to control Washington's posture but Washington avoids it.
Washington working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Washington thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Washington is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Framrock knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Washington throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Framrock has his hands clasped together but Washington breaks the hold and Framrock is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Washington!
