Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lime Lister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Borris Khalidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksei Zolotukhin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khalidov shoots in but no luck this time.
Khalidov takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Borris Khalidov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A combination from Lister does no damage.
Lister misses with a straight left.
Khalidov looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Lister fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Khalidov has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Lister moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Khalidov thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Lister's head.

Lister regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Khalidov.
Khalidov is looking to work some ground and pound but Lister has wrist control.

Lister is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Khalidov must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Khalidov throws and elbow that misses. Lister uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Khalidov's guard. Nice move by Lister!

Khalidov wants to stand up but Lister is controlling him.
Lister won't allow Khalidov to sweep him here.
Lister not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Khalidov is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Lister dives into side control.
Lister happy to just control the position for now.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Khalidov is looking for a sweep.
Lister prevents Khalidov from escaping the position.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Khalidov can do anything to dispel that myth.
Khalidov wants to get back to his feet but Lister drags him back down.

Khalidov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

A big strike lands for Khalidov! That's really hurt Lister and he's turned his back - Khalidov keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Khalidov jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
