And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Henri Hasu!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Fedor Mirinova and Viktor Lagutenko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haskil misses with the combination.
Haskil scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Haskil sizes up Hasu with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Haskil counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hasu thinking.

Hasu takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Haskil lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Hasu is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Haskil tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hasu paws at him with a jab and circles away.

A close third round but Henri Hasu just about did enough to take it.
