The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man Toy misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Man Toy misses with a straight left.
Man Toy tries to clinch there but Wickson circles away.
Man Toy avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Wickson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wickson wants it to stay on the feet.
Man Toy shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wickson as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hong Man Toy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Wickson plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

It looks like Hong Man Toy has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Man Toy shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Wickson defends it nicely.

Wickson pushes off an throws an elbow but Man Toy leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

A nice glancing elbow lands by Wickson.
Man Toy is trying to maintain a safe position but Wickson gets an underhook and turns Man Toy into the cage.
Wickson throws an elbow but it misses.

Wickson is trying to trip Man Toy. He has hold of a leg but Man Toy is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Wickson persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Man Toy wants to sweep here but Wickson controlling him for the moment.
Wickson chips away with some ground and pound.
Wickson makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Wickson scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Wickson works a leg free and moves into half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Wickson lands a nice short elbow.
Wickson scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Man Toy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wickson on the ground.

Wickson is nestled in close to Man Toy, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Man Toy is breathing heavily.
