Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cj High!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Steve Erwin and Damien Edna.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klepinho dives in and grabs High's left leg, looking for a takedown. High pushes down on Klepinho's head and hops out.
Klepinho shoots in looking for a takedown but High manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Klepinho's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

and Klepinho counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for High!

Klepinho wants to finish this one by submission but High is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Klepinho.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

High is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Klepinho pulls his head out easily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Klepinho wants to control but High is keeping him busy.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Klepinho connects with a nice short shot to High's temple.

High drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Klepinho manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now High has Klepinho in his guard.

Klepinho drops back looking for a leg! High is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and High manages to kick Klepinho off! Klepinho jumps back into High's guard.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


High throws a leg kick but Klepinho sees it coming and moves out of range.
High swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Klepinho counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
High wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Klepinho has him pressed against the cage.
Klepinho blocks an elbow strike.
Klepinho tries for a takedown. No joy.
Klepinho lands a damaging elbow.
Klepinho blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
High scores with a shoulder strike.
High throws a punch but it's blocked by Klepinho.

High stops a takedown attempt from Klepinho.

Klepinho breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Klepa Klepinho is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
High throws an ugly left hook that misses

Klepinho looks for a takedown but High sprawls well.
