Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafal Sadecki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rafal Sadecki!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Anni Minnemäki and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Storm is looking to clinch but Sadecki is avoiding it.

Sadecki instigates a clinch.

Sadecki breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Sadecki drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Storm dives on top into guard.
Storm has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sadecki is proving hard to escape from.

Sadecki is looking for the choke from the back position but Storm is controlling his hands well.

Storm throws a combination that misses

and Sadecki holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Sadecki fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Sadecki pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

No joy there for Storm, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sadecki tries for a takedown but Storm sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Sadecki takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Storm fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Sadecki has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Storm tries to clinch up

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
and Sadecki counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Storm wants to stand and escape but Sadecki is having none of it.
Sadecki postures up in Storm's guard and throws a big left but Storm blocks it.

Storm is looking to stand up but Sadecki isn't so interested in that idea.
Storm could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Rafal Sadecki was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Sadecki takes the fight into the clinch.
Sadecki tries for a takedown but Storm manages to get underhooks.

enabling Sadecki to counter with a crisp jab.

Sadecki's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Storm connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sadecki scrambles back to his feet.
Sadecki closes this distance looking for a takedown but Storm circles away.
Storm goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Horrible takedown by Sadecki or perhaps it was just good defense by Storm which made him look bad.

Sadecki ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Storm moves away.
Storm connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Sadecki's hands.
Storm slaps away a takedown attempt from Sadecki, before circling back to the center of the mat.
