Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Wiggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grappling Best (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that John Wiggins has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily John Wiggins seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wiggins takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Wiggins looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Best uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A jab-cross combination lands for Best and sends Wiggins crashing to the mat! Best follows him down to the mat - Wiggins regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Wiggins is rocked!
It looks like John Wiggins has been cut.
Wiggins is trying to maintain the position but Best is very close to passing his half guard.
Wiggins is trying to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wiggins keeping hold of Best's head, controlling as best he can.
Wiggins is trying to stand back up but Best is controlling him
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Best controlling the pace.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Best fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Best throws a low kick but it's checked well by Wiggins.
Best scores with a jab to the jaw.
Best bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Wiggins! He dives into his guard looking to finish!
Oh Wiggins is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wiggins is breathing heavily.
Best wants to stand but Wiggins is controlling his posture from full guard.
Best won't allow Wiggins to sweep him here.
Wiggins seems to have got his legs back now.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Best sitting in guard here, content to control.
Best really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wiggins. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Wiggins has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Best can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Best wanted to stand there but Wiggins had control of the position.
Best in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Best wants to stand but Wiggins has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Best looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Grappling Best.
Best fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Wiggins looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Best shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Wiggins sprawls well. Wiggins wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Best gets slowly back to his feet.

Wiggins takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Wiggins takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Best closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Wiggins out cold! Wiggins corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Grappling Best!
