The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burns Jr throws a head kick but Hutt moves out of range.
Burns Jr tries to clinch there but Hutt circles away.

Hutt had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Burns Jr is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Hutt Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Burns Jr's back instead.
Hutt is trying to stick to Burns Jr's back but Burns Jr is turning into Hutt. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Hutt's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Burns Jr.
