PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hoso Alvy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomasz Krzynowek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Krzynowek closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Krzynowek lands in his opponent's guard.

Alvy working for a triangle but Krzynowek defends it easily.

Alvy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Krzynowek can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Krzynowek really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Alvy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Alvy escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Krzynowek gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Alvy is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Krzynowek wants to stand up but Alvy is controlling the position.
Krzynowek looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Alvy is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
