Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anton Alexandrov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hairik Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Hunt's choice of entrance music: Down With The Sickness. Anton Alexandrov could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Hairik Hunt's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt misses with a body shot.
Alexandrov shoots in looking for a takedown but Hunt manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Alexandrov's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Alexandrov looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hunt is fending him off so far but Alexandrov persists. Nope, Hunt circles away and we're back to standing.
Alexandrov shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anton Alexandrov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Alexandrov misses the shot to the body.
Hunt scores with a nice strike.

It looks like Anton Alexandrov has been cut.
Hunt bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Alexandrov's head backwards.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Alexandrov tries to clinch but Hunt moves out of range.
Alexandrov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hunt's waist but Hunt gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Alexandrov off to one side.
Alexandrov fails to land the takedown.
Hunt loads up on a big right hand but Alexandrov slips the punch.
Alexandrov dives in and grabs Hunt's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hunt pushes down on Alexandrov's head and hops out.
Hairik Hunt is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Alexandrov shoots in and drives through. Hunt sprawls well.

Alexandrov instigates a clinch.
Hunt prevents a takedown attempt there.

Alexandrov tries for a takedown but Hunt manages to get underhooks.
Alexandrov can't get the takedown.

Hunt escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hunt lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Alexandrov shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Hunt defends it nicely.

Alexandrov moves out of range as Hunt strikes.
Alexandrov avoids the body shot from Hunt.
Alexandrov looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hunt is fending him off so far but Alexandrov persists. Nope, Hunt circles away and we're back to standing.

Alexandrov shoots in for a takedown but Hunt shows good takedown defense.
Alexandrov is breathing heavily.
Hunt comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Anton Alexandrov's cut is getting worse.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Alexandrov. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Hunt fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Alexandrov.
Hunt clobbers Alexandrov with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Anton Alexandrov's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Hunt thuds a left hand into Alexandrov's body.
Hunt scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Hunt knocks Alexandrov out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
