Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aleksandr Dubov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ilyy Myromec (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ilyy Myromec will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dubov closes this distance looking for a takedown but Myromec circles away.
Myromec throws a head kick but Dubov moves out of range.

Dubov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Myromec swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Dubov slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Dubov postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Myromec is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Dubov, into his guard.

Myromec is pressed up against the ropes. Dubov has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Myromec down to the mat. Myromec avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Dubov lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Myromec stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Myromec wants it to stay on the feet.

Myromec changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dubov looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dubov has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Myromec can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Myromec rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dubov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Aleksandr Dubov.
Well Myromec has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
