The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Egan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Silverman is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Egan motions for Silverman to come forward. Egan throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Egan feints a jab promting Silverman to slip. Egan then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Silverman slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Egan throws a nice looking combination but Silverman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Egan is rocked!
Silverman is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Egan flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Egan is out cold! Silverman holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
