Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Madden Rush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dallas Bond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Madden Rush!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Dallas Bond!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Nard Betker and Patrick Alders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bond lands with a shot to the body.
Rush gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Bond uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Rush shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bond as he avoids it easily.
Rush misses with a takedown attempt - Bond sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Madden Rush. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rush drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Bond pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bond connects with a solid leg kick.
Bond throws a head kick but Rush moves out of range.
Bond displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rush.
Rush shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bond as he jumps to the side.
Rush is breathing heavily.
Bond slaps away a takedown attempt from Rush, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Bond scores with a crisp jab that stopped Rush in his tracks.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Bond, right into the meat.
Rush changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bond tries to avoid it but Rush manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bond to the ground. Bond escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Rush shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bond pinned against the cage. Bond gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Bond moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Rush looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bond cracks Rush with a right hand to the side of the head.
Bond lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bond scores with a jab. Rush acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Rush gets tackled into the cage by Bond. Bond maintains the clinch.

Bond lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Bond creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Rush's defenses.

Rush's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Rush. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Rush is working for takedown but Bond is calmly controlling the position for now.
Bond fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Rush blocks a body shot from Bond.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Bond.
Rush takes a knee right on the jaw!

Bond softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Bond tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Rush's elbow.
Bond misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Bond lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Bond misses with a knee to the head.
Rush changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Bond fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Bond gets a clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Dallas Bond dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Bond lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Rush throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bond's waist but Bond gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rush off to one side.
Dallas Bond seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Bond lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Bond cracks Rush with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Bond lands a jab to Rush's midsection.
A left and a right from Bond both land. Nice combination.
Oh Rush is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rush shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bond but Bond pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Bond cracks the inside of Rush's front leg.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nice takedown defense from Bond. No joy for Rush on that attempt.
Rush seems to have got his legs back now.

Bond lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Rush goes down and covers up as Bond starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
