The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haseeb throws a head kick that misses.
Haseeb throws a left and a right that both miss

and Conley counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Haseeb's guard now.

Haseeb is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Haseeb bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Conley's guard.
Haseeb is looking to work some ground and pound but Conley has wrist control.
Conley tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Haseeb throws and elbow that misses. Conley uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Haseeb's guard. Nice move by Conley!
Haseeb has momentary wrist control but Conley slips an elbow through the middle.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Haseeb escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Conley gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Conley throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Haseeb works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Conley missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Conley stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Haseeb throws up his legs and catches Conley in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Conley tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Haseeb! That came out of nowhere!
