The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Welles looks to land a left hand but Harkonnen moved out of range nicely.
Harkonnen thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Welles if he has to take too many more of those.
Welles misses with a body shot.
Harkonnen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Welles slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Harkonnen is looking to land body kicks.
Welles tries to work over Harkonnen's front leg with a kick but Harkonnen checks it.
Harkonnen changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Harkonnen lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Harkonnen looks to land a right hand but Welles moved out of range.
Harkonnen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Harkonnen connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Welles's hands.
Welles moves out of range of the body kick from Harkonnen.
Harkonnen tries a head kick but it misses.
Harkonnen misses with a combination
and Welles counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Welles counters with a straight right hand.
Welles's corner calls for a 1-2. Welles obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Harkonnen is rocked!
Welles catches Harkonnen with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Harkonnen forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
