Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Tate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ilyy Myromec (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tate comes to the ring accompanied by U got 2 know. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Myromec changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tate looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Tate is trying to control Myromec's posture but Myromec avoids it.
Myromec fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Tate is trying to get back to half guard.
Tate defending against the ground and pound.
Tate is not content to let Myromec control the position.

Myromec tries to advance to mount but Tate denies him.
Myromec wants to stand but Tate has his arm trapped.

Myromec wants to get back to his feet.

Tate is trying to maintain the position but Myromec is very close to passing his half guard.

Myromec won't allow Tate to sweep him here.

Tate is looking to control Myromec's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tate avoid being mounted?

Myromec wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tate keeps working.

Myromec got a little sloppy there for a moment and Tate has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Myromec has managed to get both his arms back between Tate's legs - danger averted.

That was a close round but I would say that Patrick Tate will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Tate fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Myromec tries to clinch

and Tate decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Myromec's guard.

Tate drops back looking for a leg! Myromec is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Myromec manages to kick Tate off! Tate jumps back into Myromec's guard.
