Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between David Rocko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitaliy Kleva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rocko comes into the arena with The show goes on blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vitaliy Kleva!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kleva darts in trying to clinch

and Rocko counters by clinching up.

Rocko breaks from the clinch.

Kleva pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Kleva tries to clinch but Rocko moves away

and Rocko moves into the clinch.
Rocko has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Kleva can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Rocko controls the pace.

Rocko stands and steps away. Kleva gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

and Kleva holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

and Rocko counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kleva won't be happy with that.

Rocko has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Kleva fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Rocko, pushing him back against the cage.
Kleva tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Kleva escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kleva wants to clinch but Rocko slips to the side

and Rocko decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Kleva's guard.

Rocko wanted to stand there but Kleva had control of the position.
Rocko slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Kleva really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rocko. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fight stays on the outside here - Kleva looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Rocko wants to break free but Kleva has control.
Rocko tries to pull guard but Kleva holds him up against the cage and eventually Rocko drops back down to his feet.

I would just about give that final round to Vitaliy Kleva.
