Emelianenko has chosen You are in my sights as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Paul Tew and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emelianenko keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Smith.
Smith looks to land a combination. Emelianenko sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Aleksander Emelianenko has been cut.
Emelianenko gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Smith throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Emelianenko stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Emelianenko on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Smith lands with a nice combination. Emelianenko backs away looking to recover.
Smith lands a left and a right that send Emelianenko crashing to the mat, dazed. Smith thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Emelianenko is rocked!
That has opened up Aleksander Emelianenko 's cut even more.
Smith throws a series of punches but Emelianenko avoids them all with ease.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Smith misses with a double jab.
No joy there for Smith, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Emelianenko doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Emelianenko throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Smith scores with a leg kick.
Emelianenko moves forwards but Smith connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Emelianenko checks a low kick from Smith.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Smith looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Oooooh!!! Smith has knocked Emelianenko down with a huge combo! Smith steps away and waves a wobbly Emelianenko back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A shot to the liver by Smith. Beautiful body shot.
Emelianenko looks gassed!
Emelianenko takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
The cut above Aleksander Emelianenko 's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Smith drops Emelianenko with a beautiful combination! Emelianenko stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Smith is looking for the KO!
Emelianenko is still on wobbly legs! Can Smith finish him?
Aleksander Emelianenko 's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Emelianenko drops his hands momentarily and Smith takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Emelianenko seems to have recovered his senses.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Aleksander Emelianenko 's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
