Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Flash HIt Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomasz Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flash HIt Man has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Flash HIt Man!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tomasz Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
HIt Man shoots in and bounces Gracie off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
HIt Man slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
HIt Man stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gracie swivels though and keeps the full guard.
HIt Man throws and elbow that misses. Gracie uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in HIt Man's guard. Nice move by Gracie!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gracie postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
HIt Man really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Gracie working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of HIt Man's head.
HIt Man preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
HIt Man has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Gracie off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
HIt Man misses with a double jab.
A nice combination there by HIt Man.
HIt Man gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Gracie wants the takedown. HIt Man is fighting it off but Gracie persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in HIt Man's guard against the cage.

Gracie is looking to work some ground and pound but HIt Man has wrist control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gracie missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
HIt Man manages to escape and get back to his feet.
HIt Man changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gracie looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
HIt Man looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
HIt Man is breathing heavily.
HIt Man wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gracie keeps working.
Gracie wants to get back to his feet but HIt Man drags him back down.

HIt Man is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Gracie will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The ground and pound from HIt Man seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
HIt Man looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Gracie is avoiding damage well.
HIt Man with the ground and pound but Gracie regains half guard under the barage of strikes.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Flash HIt Man just wasn't active enough.
Gracie takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
It looks like Tomasz Gracie has been cut.
HIt Man looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
HIt Man closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
HIt Man is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gracie knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
HIt Man is trying to get an arm triangle but Gracie is defending well.
Gracie sneaks out the side door and pushes HIt Man away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

HIt Man dives in and scores a takedown into Gracie's guard.
Gracie has a closed guard, preventing HIt Man from standing up.
HIt Man trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Gracie is trying to buck HIt Man off.
HIt Man stands up and beckons Gracie to his feet.

HIt Man shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Gracie napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
HIt Man laying and praying for a moment but Gracie takes advantage and regains half guard.
HIt Man takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

HIt Man looks to land a strike but Gracie avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Gracie avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
HIt Man throws a big right hand that misses.
HIt Man controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Flash HIt Man.
HIt Man pivots, looking for a leg kick but Gracie is out of range and HIt Man settles back down.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
No luck for Gracie with that takedown attempt.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!
HIt Man closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - HIt Man lands in his opponent's guard.
Gracie avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Gracie is looking to stand up but HIt Man isn't so interested in that idea.
HIt Man trying to move into half guard but instead Gracie has managed to sweep!

Gracie must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

HIt Man seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Flash HIt Man wasn't doing enough on the ground.
HIt Man's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and HIt Man duly obliges.

HIt Man shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Gracie manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
HIt Man gets to his feet - Gracie follows without any prompting.
Flash HIt Man is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.
HIt Man controlling his opponent.

HIt Man postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Gracie looks a forlorn figure.
Tomasz Gracie has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Flash HIt Man overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Well HIt Man has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
