Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lenny Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zhang Zhu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lenny Martin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zhang Zhu!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Jonathan Paton and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zhu throws a sloppy head kick and Martin moves out of range easily.
Zhu feints and then cracks Martin's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Martin down.
A head kick from Zhu lands but Martin takes it in his stride.
It looks like Lenny Martin has been cut.
Zhu looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Martin avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Zhu.
Martin is trying to maintain the position but Zhu is very close to passing his half guard.
Zhu missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Zhu is looking to advance position but Martin won't allow it.
Martin gets full guard.
Zhu really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Martin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Martin working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Zhu doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Martin is tightening it up a little... Zhu has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Zhu reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Zhu taps out! nice BJJ there by Martin!
