Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kutchek Gore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Robert Garcia has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gore thows a body shot but no joy.
Garcia tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Garcia shoots in looking for a takedown. Gore tries to sprawl out of it but Garcia keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gore manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Garcia misses with a takedown attempt

and Gore counters with a takedown into side control.
Gore content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Check out the look on Gore's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Garcia can do anything to dispel that myth.

Gore lands a decent elbow from side control.
Garcia is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Gore off and has taken his back!

Gore manages to reverse the position and now he's in Garcia's guard. Nice work there by Gore.

Gore seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Gore has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Gore is working Garcia over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
