Dover kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is When The Levee Breaks. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dover leaves Tomb with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Tomb gets caught flat footed, as Dover shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Dover is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Dover wants to control from the top but Tomb keeps moving.
Dover is really struggling to control Tomb but he's trying to hold on to the position.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Tomb wants to sweep but no luck.

We're going to have a standup here because Ben Dover wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Dover drives through and clinches with Tomb against the cage.

Dover jumps guard and drags Tomb to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Dover is looking for a triangle but Tomb pushes his legs off easily.

Dover isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Tomb stacks Dover on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Tomb!

Tomb is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Dover looks calm but he's in trouble here. Tomb gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Dover is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Tomb lets go of the hold and Dover can pop his arm back in it's socket.
