Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adam Lazzara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Chin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lazzara rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Chin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Lazzara swings for the body but Chin moves out of range.
A combination from Lazzara does no damage.
Lazzara defending well as Chin loads up on a big left hand.
Lazzara takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Lazzara takes a swing at Chin's ribcage but misses.
Lazzara throws a series of punches but Chin avoids them all with ease.

Lazzara throws a right and a left that both miss.

Lazzara tries to bum rush Chin with a series of wild strikes but Chin uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lazzara throws a series of punches but Chin avoids them all with ease.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lazzara looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Lazzara misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Chin should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Lazzara throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lazzara lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Chin circles away quickly and effectively.
Lazzara misses with a two punch combination.

Lazzara is breathing heavily.
Lazzara swings for the body but Chin moves out of range.
Lazzara throws a right and a left that Chin avoids nicely.
Lazzara closes the distance but Chin moves to the side

and Chin counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Lazzara's guard now.
Chin is stalling in the full guard.

Chin not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by King Chin.

Chin scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Chin wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Lazzara, who protects the arm well.
Lazzara knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Chin on the ground.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Chin remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Chin's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Chin is working to tighten is grip on Lazzara's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Lazzara has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Chin is really squeezing tight and eventually Lazzara passes out! Chin breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
