Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Brian Childs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Utah Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Childs comes to the cage accompanied by Bat out of hell. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Brian Childs!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Utah Jones!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Donatello Bradman and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Childs.

Jones manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Childs on his heels. He'll look to pass Childs's guard now, I'm sure.
Childs might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Utah Jones hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Childs lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jones has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jones and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
