Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Taka Yoshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mini Boxo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Yoshi clinches with his opponent.

Yoshi stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Yoshi gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Boxo is on top in guard.

Boxo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Yoshi.

Boxo throws a nice looking combination but Yoshi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Boxo lands with a nice combination. Yoshi backs away looking to recover.

Boxo takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Yoshi lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Boxo circles away quickly and effectively.

Yoshi doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

A slapping leg kick lands for Boxo.
Yoshi takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Boxo feints and then cracks Yoshi's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Yoshi down.

Boxo turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Mini Boxo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Yoshi chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Boxo can pounce on him.

Boxo will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Boxo throws a hook to the side of Yoshi's head but Yoshi sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Yoshi walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
A slapping body kick lands there for Yoshi.
Yoshi takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Yoshi is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Boxo pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Yoshi drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Boxo can't do much from the bottom here.
Boxo is looking to regain half guard here but Yoshi keeps moving and retains side control.
Boxo manages to work his way to half guard, despite Yoshi's best efforts.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Boxo is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Yoshi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Boxo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Mini Boxo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
