Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matto Luuttu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and El Spico (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, El Spico!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luuttu takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Spico tries to close the distance and clinch but Luuttu swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Luuttu blocks a head kick by Spico.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Spico misses with a body kick.
Spico throws a poor cross that misses
and Luuttu decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Spico's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Luuttu postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Luuttu throws a strike but Spico rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Spico controls from within his opponent's guard.
Spico won't allow Luuttu to sweep him here.
Spico is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Luuttu has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Spico is looking to defend but Luuttu has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Spico! Luuttu pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Spico taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Matto Luuttu!
