The crowd seem to be enjoying Magalhaes's choice of entrance music: Johnny Cash - Aint no Grave. Seth Morrow could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Vinicius Magalhaes's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrow misses with a series of wild punches.
Morrow rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Magalhaes moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Morrow fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Magalhaes sprawls well initially but Morrow persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Magalhaes wants to get back to full guard.
Morrow seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Magalhaes wants to improve his position but Morrow is controlling well.

Morrow is looking for a kimura but Magalhaes is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Morrow to get the leverage.

Magalhaes has hold of Morrow's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Morrow manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Morrow tries to reverse the position but Magalhaes maintains control.
Magalhaes takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Morrow manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Magalhaes manages to get himself to full guard.

Magalhaes stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Morrow swivels though and keeps the full guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
