Pain drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hoi looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hoi looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hoi!

Hoi is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Pain will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Hoi wants to control for a moment but Pain uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pain stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hoi swivels though and keeps the full guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Pain accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Pain wants to control from the top but Hoi keeps moving.
Pain throws and elbow that misses. Hoi uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Pain's guard. Nice move by Hoi!
