Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Larry David (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Rand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rand is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: The Last Dragon. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
David throws a series of punches but Rand moves out of range.
David throws a head kick that misses

and Rand holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
David tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Rand blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Rand throws a punch but it's blocked by David.
Rand on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
David is trying to maintain a safe position but Rand gets an underhook and turns David into the cage.

Rand lands a nice shot to the body.
Rand lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of David backwards.

Rand will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning David up against the cage.

Rand lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt David or not.

David swings wildly with an uppercut but Rand uses good head movement to avoid it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rand keeps control of David as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

David tries to stall but Rand uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

David with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Rand lands on the inside with an uppercut.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
David is trying to break the clinch but Rand is controlling him.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Daniel Rand dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

David on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Rand. Rand obviously looking to wear him down.

David is rocked!
Rand feints and then cracks David's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow David down.
Oh David is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Rand closes the distance and clinches.
Rand lands a body shot.
Rand pushes David against the cage. Rand is working some dirty boxing. Rand pushes off with a quick right hook! David goes down! David tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Rand moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
