Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Alex Pak!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Taro Takaoka and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pak wants to clinch up but Pendragon keeps it at a distance.
Pendragon fails to land the takedown.
The fight stays on the outside here - Pak looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Alex Pak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pendragon throws a series of punches but Pak moves out of range.

Pak lands a big head kick that sends Pendragon tumbling to the mat! Pak takes a step backwards and waves Pendragon back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Pendragon is rocked!

It looks like Mike Pendragon has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pendragon lands with an overhand left.
Pak tries to clinch there but Pendragon circles away.
Pak fails with an attempt to clinch.
Pendragon closes the distance and clinches up with Pak, looking for a takedown. Pendragon pushes Pak against the cage but Pak circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Pak looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Pak tries to sprawl but Pendragon drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Pak wants to get back to his feet.
Pendragon is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Pendragon jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Pak manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Pendragon wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Pak, who protects the arm well.

Pendragon is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Pak is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Pendragon happy to just control the position for now.

Pendragon working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Pendragon is looking to take a break and control but Pak is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Pendragon tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Pendragon has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Pak is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Pendragon has just dragged him back down to the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pendragon in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Pak is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
