The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shirou Masuda and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Engle wants to clinch.
Jones misses with a few strikes there.
Jones circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jones throws a low kick, looking for Engle's leg but Engle calmly moves out of range.
Jones tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Engle was well out of range. Poor timing from Jones.
Engle lands a high kick!
That has opened up Jimmy Jones's cut even more.
Jones avoids the head kick by Engle.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Engle.
Engle tries to clinch up.
Engle really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Jones misses with a jab, cross combination.
A head kick from Engle lands but Jones takes it in his stride.
